RUBYcube - Herbal red wine vinegar with character

Only produced once a year, RUBYcube is created by refining a red wine vinegar matured in wooden barrels with fresh elderflowers, untreated lemons and a pinch of cane sugar. Multi-layered, fruity and delicately tart - perfect for enhancing dishes or as a base for exceptional non-alcoholic drinks.
